Verify commercial work separately

Review signed terms, approved users, invoice aging and collected payments. Ask whether the relationship transfers and whether volume is committed. A list of nearby businesses is a prospecting idea, not recurring revenue.

Match vehicles with physical capacity

Confirm clearance, wash requirements, queue and staffing for the services offered. Commercial vehicles can require different handling from ordinary retail cars. Do not add a contract to the forecast before confirming the site can deliver it.

Check the occupancy and maintenance file

Obtain property rights, utility arrangements, equipment records and service-provider plans. Reconcile which costs are included in rent or shared facilities. Model the buyer’s actual management and collection controls after transfer.
