Separate customer groups in the reports
Distinguish retail visits, paid local membership and contracted fleet work. A driver passing through does not have the same recurring relationship as a retained billed account. Ask for the records behind any airport- or employee-related revenue claim.
Observe access without a broad catchment assumption
Drive likely approaches and record turns, shared drives and exit options. A large radius can include inconvenient routes. Compare current competing stops on the same paths before forecasting volume.
Check transfer and operating coverage
Review commercial agreements, software rights and owner tasks. An account associated with one person or a nonassignable arrangement needs attention. Include staffing and service response in the post-closing plan.
