Measure labor and rework in the service
Request job mix, paid hours, refunds and rework records for labor-heavy services. Identify the staff skills required to maintain the offer. A high posted ticket does not demonstrate net contribution if turnaround or rework is costly.
Document vehicle and customer handling
Review condition-record procedures, training and the actual insurance policy with a professional. Ask how disputes are resolved. The acquisition should include a safe service process, not just a claimed high-value clientele.
Check space and approvals before changing format
Review the footprint, queue, clearance and utility needs with the appropriate professionals. A desired tunnel or detailing expansion is a project to verify. Property-control and approval questions should be resolved before its income is forecast.
