Verify the recurring relationship
Review the definitions used for active accounts and first renewals. Trace collected bills to the ledger and identify failed payments and promotions. A buyer needs the ordinary paid customer experience, not just signup counts.
Investigate the approach at busy periods
Test turns, queue capacity and access from likely errands or commuting directions. Shared retail entries can affect service even when traffic is substantial. Use observations to ask the equipment provider about realistic throughput.
Review the buyer’s continuing obligations
Obtain lease assignments, software contracts, equipment support and staffing responsibilities. Confirm transfer steps through each provider. The buyer should not discover that customer access depends on the seller’s personal credentials after closing.
